Pastor Bob and his family came to Ocean Christian Community over 15 years ago. They reside in Beachwood where many of the groups he leads are held. Bob and his wife, Beth, have three children: Bobby Jr., Michelle, and Jane Marie. Pastor Bob is assisted in his youth ministry by his son-in-law, Mike Ely who became a member of O.C.C. while dating Bob and Beth's daughter, Michelle.

Crossroads Ministry for youth is built on the biblical principals found in I Timothy 4:12. "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in faith and in purity."

The ministry serves to equip and empower the youth of today through the leading of the Holy Spirit teaching young people to live with integrity and accountability treating each other with respect and dignity, while encouraging personal growth through worship, prayer, and the Word of God as its' focus.
